On Thursday, July 12, we invite you to the presentation of our seasonal blueberry menu. This evening, our Chef Gianni Tota will surprise you with the author’s dishes:
· Blueberry soup with Mascarpone cheese and lemon sorbet;
· Prosecco jelly of blueberry puree and butter and liqueur cream;
· Blueberry tart with butter cream and lemon zest.
Our Restaurant will invite the guests of the evening to enjoy our delicious meal: pizza with blueberry and raspberry with chocolate and Strachatella cheese from Fabius cheese dairy. We also recommend tasting our seasonal meals Blueberry sauer or blueberry lemonade.
